Terms of Service For Live Access
As of June 1st, 2011, Tom Morton was added to the TodayTrader team and will be the main desktop to be presented
- Each member will receive one login or password. Members will receive an invite via email prior to 6:00 am PST (30 minutes before the opening bell). Members may not share login or password with any other person or entity.
- Each meeting will have a host (moderator) and a presenter (desktop sharing). Primarily, Steve Gomez will be the “host” and Tom Morton will be the “presenter”. Andy Lindloff will be a panelist and provide market commentary, trading ideas, and announce his trade executions in real time. TodayTrader reserves the right to make Andy Lindloff presenter on occasions. Members will be able to view Tom’s (Andy’s) desktop in real time using GoToMeeting and listen to Tom, Andy and Steve using GoToMeeting’s integrated audio. Land Line phone numbers may also be available in some cases.
- Attendees (Members) will have their microphones muted at all times and any comments or questions will be made via GoToMeeting chat to the host and answered at the discretion of the host/presenter if and when time permits. Although every effort will be made to answer questions from all Attendees, there are no guarantees that your question will be answered each day.
- Attendees (Members) are guaranteed at least 3 hours per day Monday through Friday of live desktop viewing and audio. Meetings will begin at 6:15 am PST and end at 9:30 am PST. TodayTrader reserves the right to adjust the meeting times in the event of technical issues.
- There can be no guarantee that all three of Tom, Andy and Steve will be present at every meeting (i.e. vacation time, sick days). Members are guaranteed that at least Tom, Steve or Andy will be presenting (desktop sharing) and hosting (audio) during the assured hours mentioned above.
- Although trades will be made every day, there is no guarantee that trades will be made during periods of slow market activity. If there is no reason to trade, more time may be dedicated to Q and A sessions vs. Live Trading. (This may be more common in July and August due to seasonal low volume.
- If for any reason due to technical issues (i.e. GoToMeeting, internet) originating from host/presenter and Members do not receive the guaranteed hours mentioned above, Members will be allotted make-up day/days of their chose based upon availability. Monthly subscriber’s rate will be adjusted the following month to account for the missed day/days. Or a credit may be given on a prorated basis.
- Members will be automatically billed the current subscription rate each month or on the renewal term for the subscription period that Subscriber selected, on the anniversary date of your subscription. (Example: If you subscribe on May 15th, you will be billed on the 15th of the month of your subscription expiration or anniversary date of your subscription).
- Members can make a cancellation request 48 hours prior to the next renewal/anniversary date. Monthly subscriptions will be cancelled on the date of the next billing cycle. There are no prorated refunds for the current month.
- There are no refunds for Daily Passes.
- TodayTrader reserves the right to take 2 weeks out of the year for vacation (usually late August and Christmas). Members will not receive a refund (or rebate) but will be awarded extra days at the end of their subscription for days missed.
- Members will have access to recorded sessions
