Terms of Service (Replays)

Each member will receive one login and password.  Members may not share login or password with any other person or entity. Passwords are subject to change at irregular intervals. TodayTrader will email Members at least 24hours prior to changing a password. 

Please change your spam mail settings to allow incoming mail from info@todaytrader.com.

Members will be automatically billed the current subscription rate each month or on the renewal term for the subscription period that Subscriber selected, on the anniversary date of your subscription. (Example: If you subscribe on May 15th, you will be billed on the 15th of the month of your subscription expiration or anniversary date of your subscription). Members can make a cancellation request 48 hours prior to the next renewal/anniversary date.

Members can make a cancellation request 48 hours prior to the next renewal/anniversary date. Monthly subscriptions will be canceled on the date of the next billing cycle. Cancellations may also be done by the member at www.paypal.com. There are no prorated refunds for the current month.

TodayTrader reserves the right to terminate subscription privileges for any reason whatsoever.  Any remaining credits  will be refunded to the terminated user.

Members will have access to all recorded sessions going back no more than 5 trading days. Occasionally, older videos will be taken down to make room on the server for future videos and bandwidth allocations. 

TodayTrader will make every attempt to make sure each session is recorded in its entirety.  Members are guaranteed 40 hours per month of recorded video.  If a Member doesn't’ receive at least 40 hours of recorded video in any month they will be refunded 50% of their monthly subscription price or receive a 50% discount off the following month.

Recorded videos will be made available to each member in the “play” and “download” format.  Due to the large size of the files downloading may be difficult at times and TodayTrader does not guarantee nor will be held responsible to its Members for any complications or failures in downloading videos.

Any information streamed and/or downloaded is subject to copy write laws. All content delivered is the sole property of TodayTrader Inc.  By accessing , you agree not to redistribute the information found herein. We reserve the right to modify these terms as needed to accommodate material changes.in our business model.
